Original 1st printing 13&3/4 x 20&7/8" concert poster for Jefferson Airplane appearing with Quicksilver Messenger Service, Santana, It's A Beautiful Day and Dan Hicks & His Hot Licks in a legal-aid benefit for the Grateful Dead (to help pay for the band's legal costs from their infamous January 1970 bust in New Orleans), held at Winterland in San Francisco, CA on 2/23/1970.
Art by (and SIGNED in black flair pen by) Randy Tuten, image is # 222 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series.
Medium glossy-coated index stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; there are a few tiny scuffs in the lower left margin/edge, a couple of light surface scratches and tiny pin-prick surface marks scattered around the image area, a stray soft pinch bend or two and pieces of clear tape/light pulls on the reverse, otherwise fine.
An absolutely FANTASTIC-looking ARTIST-SIGNED example of one of the harder-to-find images in the BG numbered series.
