 ITEM DESCRIPTION

Original 1st printing 19&1/2" x 29&3/4" concert poster for Pink Floyd appearing with Tomorrow (with a pre-Yes Steve Howe), the Incredible String Band and Fairport Convention (featuring Richard Thompson) on 10/1/1967 and Jimi Hendrix Experience appearing with the Crazy World of Arthur Brown and the Cryin' Shames on 10/8/1967, all shows held at the Saville Theatre in London, England.

Design by Hapshash & the Coloured Coat (Michael English and Nigel Waymouth), image is the third image in Brian Epstein's "Sunday at the Saville" (OAS) series.

Medium to medium-thin flat vellum stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; this one has a bit of surface smudging/light discoloration around the left side of "The Pink" and "Tomorrow", a few soft creases and light bends scattered around the image area a few tiny edge tears and thin edge creases, a tiny 1/2" tear below the "e" of "Avenue", a tiny wedge tear and 1/4" edge tear in the lower left margin and a hint of moisture rippling to the paper, otherwise fine.

ABSOLUTELY KILLER design and lineup on this one, it really captures the late-'67 swinging psychedelic London scene. VERY hard-to-find original Hapshash poster!
