Original 1st printing 20&1/8 x 26" concert poster for Quicksilver Messenger Service appearing with Cactus at the Arizona State Coliseum in Phoenix, AZ on 7/9/1971. Art (Quicksilver lettering) by surf/psychedelic/comix legend Rick Griffin (layout probably by Lee Masters (not credited), thick foil coated index stock poster is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; a set of tack holes (all four corners), a moderate amount of wear/creasing along the left/right margins (small bends, tiny edge tears, small pressure creases, etc.), a couple of pronounced diagonal bends in the upper left corner, a number of tiny pin-prick surface scuffs/dings, a series of tiny surface scratches and thin stress bends hiding within the image area and a few nearly-invisible horizontal roll bends traversing the image area, otherwise fine. AWESOME-looking (extra-shiny!) early-'70's low-run Quicksilver concert poster featuring Rick Griffin's classic '68 QMS logo.
