Original 1st printing 13&3/4 x 19&7/8" concert poster for the Youngbloods appearing with the Sparrow (an early version of Steppenwolf) and the Sons of Champlin at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 12/16-17/1966.

 

 Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley (whom has also SIGNED the poster in gold pen), image is # 39 in the Family Dog/Avalon series.

 

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; a pair of tack holes in the top center margin and in the lower left corner tip, a tiny edge nip in the bottom left margin, a few light handling ding scattered around the image area, a tiny split in the lower right corner, a well-camouflaged stress bend or two and a set of tape pulls on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 

 Great-looking ARTIST-SIGNED example of this late-'66 Avalon poster with a really cool Mouse/Kelley design.
