Original 1st printing 13&7/8 x 21&1/8" concert poster for Hot Tuna (featuring Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady of Jefferson Airplane) appearing with the Cleanliness and Godliness Skiffle Band and "Special Guest Stars" the Grateful Dead at the Veteran's Memorial Building in Santa Rosa, CA from 6/27-28/1969 and at the Barn in Rio Nido, CA on 6/29/1969. 

 Art by Lee Conklin, the image ("Ear Head") is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 229 (plate 2.329). 

 Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition, there are a pair of horizontal/vertical creases/folds (item was folded into 1/4ths by the original owner), along with a couple of tiny dings around the outer margins, a few soft handling dings and a tiny stress crease or two hiding within the image area, otherwise it is an absolutely SUPERB example of this EXTREMELY scarce (and very much in-demand) Grateful Dead image from the AOR.
