Original 1st printing 6&1/2 x 11" schedule-style concert flyer for Pinnacle Productions' May, 1968 series of concerts held at the Shrine Exposition Hall in Los Angeles, CA. Acts/bands lited include: Big Brother and the Holding Company (with Janis Joplin appearing with Albert King and Pacific, Gas & Electric (5/3-4), the Grateful Dead appearing with the Steve Miller Band and Taj Mahal (5/17-18), the Velvet Underground appearing with the Chambers Brothers and Dr. John (5/24-25) and the Yardbirds appearing with B.B. King and the Sonns of Champlin (5/31-6/1) Art by John Van Hamersveld, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 255. Medium-thick flat index stock flyer is in BEAUTIFUL mint/near mint to near mint (A/A- to A-) condition; just a whisper of toning, a tiny edge/corner bump or two and a thin horizontal line (press mark) running along the top margin, otherwise fine.
