 Art by (and SIGNED in pencil by) Victor Moscoso, image is # 24 (B-5) in the Neon Rose series.

 Medium flat index stock poster is in excellent to near mint (B+ to A-/B+) condition; aside from a tiny 1/2" tear in the left center margin, a whisper of handling and a trace of edge wear (a couple of thin hairline bends), this example can not be improved upon... VERY nice, indeed.

 An overall SPECTACULAR-looking example of this whimsical 1968 Neon Rose image, this one looks particularly cool under a color wheel (the mouth opens and closes).
