Original 1st printing 15 x 22&1/4" concert poster for the Jeff Beck Group (featuring Rod Stewart and Ron Wood) appearing with the Moody Blues and Ten Years After at the Shrine Exposition Hall in Los Angeles, CA from 11/29-30/1968. Designer unknown/not credited (could possibly be Bob Masse), thick flat vellum stock poster is in decent (B/B-) condition; the re is a 1" tear in the top center margin, a series of thin diagonal/horizontal bends criss-crossing the lettering/image area, a number of small bends/creases and a couple of tiny edge nips out of the top right margin, a thin 2" diagonal bend in the upper right corner, a fairly extensive amount of handling wear, a couple of edge dings and the reverse has a large hand-written sign ("Advance Tickets" is written in magic marker in large stylized letters (no bleed-through) -this side of the poster was displayed at a local ticket outlet) a large tape pull going across the top edge and a smaller tape pull in the left center margin, along with a few small pin-prick stains/scuffs, etc... you get the idea. Definitely a bit on the used side, but one of the most vivid examples of split-fountain printing that I have EVER seen... EYEBALL-SEARING colors on this one. REALLY cool-looking (and VERY uncommon) Shrine Expo poster from the Scenic Sounds series. Check out the original radio promo HERE; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmBeKH-fpsg
