Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert/event flyer (*benefit for STDW ("Stop The Draft Week" Defense Fund) featuring folk icon Phil Ochs appearing with Mad River, Blue Cheer, Loading Zone and the Committee at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA on 1/7/1968.

 

 Artist unknown/not credited, image is not part of the numbered Bill Graham/Fillmore series (this event falls between the BG 101 and 102 shows), and is featured on page 151 of the Art of Rock book (plate 2.72 -poster image with a slightly different design).

 

 Thin flat stock flyer is in SUPERB near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; aside from a few stray light pinch/handling dings, a tiny thin end in the top center margin, a slight vertical curl to the paper and a touch of toning, it is an absolutely fantastic-looking example of this somewhat uncommon early-'68 Fillmore benefit flyer.
