Original 1st printing 14&1/8 x 20" concert poster for Quicksilver Messenger Service appearing along with the Sons of Champlin and Blackburn & Snow at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 10/28-29/1966.

 

 Art by Victor Moscoso, image ("Chicken on a Unicycle") is # 32 in the Family Dog/Avalon series.

 

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are a set of tack holes (all four corners), a series of thin bends/light creases running along the left/right margins, light toning, a few stray soft handling dings, a whisper of surface wear, a soft dime-sized stain in the left center margin, a tiny diagonal bend in the lower left corner tip and a hint of corner wear, otherwise fine.

 

 A very nice-looking example of this classic late-'66 Moscoso poster from the Avalon!
