Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for the Jim Kweskin Jug Band (featuring Maria Muldaur) appearing with Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) and the Electric Train at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 10/7-8/1966.

 

 Art by Alton Kelley and Stanley Mouse (who has also HAND-SIGNED the flyer in black sharpie), image is # 29 in the Family Dog/Avalon series, this is the black border/green hair version (OHB-A in the Eric King guide).

 

 Thin flat stock flyer is in excellent (B+) condition; a couple of small soft diagonal bends in the upper left corner, a stray light handling ding or two and a series of tiny pin-prick age spots concentrated in the upper right margin/edge, otherwise fine.

 

 VERY nice-looking MOUSE-SIGNED example of this classic late-'66 Family Dog flyer.
