Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for the Jim Kweskin Jug Band (featuring Maria Muldaur) appearing with Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) and the Electric Train at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 10/7-8/1966.

 

 Art by Alton Kelley and Stanley Mouse (who has also HAND-SIGNED the flyer in black sharpie), image is # 29 in the Family Dog/Avalon series, this is the blue border/green hair version (OHB-B in the Eric King guide).

 

 Thin flat stock flyer is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; just a few light handling dings and a stray pin-prick age spot or two around the outer margin area, otherwise it is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL ARTIST-SIGNED example of this early Family Dog flyer.
