Original 1st printing 14 x 11" concert flyer/mini-poster for a benefit (for the John Sinclair Freedom Fund), featuring Ann Arbor-based bands Brat and Up appearing with Dave Sinclair at the Baker Center Ballroom on the campus of Ohio University in Athens, OH on 1/16/1971.

Art by (and SIGNED in pencil by) Gary Grimshaw, medium-thin flat index stock flyer is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; just a light amount of handling wear (a few stray soft pinch bends, mostly confined to the outer margin area), a hint of surface wear (a thin scratch/scrape on John's arm) and a couple of VERY small corner bends, otherwise fine.

 A great-looking SIGNED example of this amusing (and somewhat hard-to-find) Grimshaw image from a very obscure event. AWESOME portrait of John Sinclair on this one!
