Original 1st printing (1972 California Graphics Exchange) 14 x 20" concert poster for Captain Beefheart and His Magic Band appearing along with Portable People at Crawford Hall on the campus of the University of California in Irvine, CA on 11/28/1968 (*show canceled/never happened).

 Art by (and SIGNED in silver paint pen by) Rick Griffin, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 372 (plate 4.125).

 Medium flat vellum stock poster is in near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; aside from a couple of very tiny edge bends (top left margin, right center margin, lower right margin/corner and a stray surface ding or two, it is an UNBEATABLE example of this classic Griffin image from the AOR with a nice large signature.
