Original 1st printing 17 x 22&1/8" concert poster for David Blue and the American Patrol appearing with the Orphans at the Boston Tea Party (53 Berkeley St location) in Boston, MA from 5/5-6/1967. Artist unknown/not credited ("U.I."?), extra-thin flat index stock poster is in good (B) condition; there are a series of small tears (ranging in size from about 1/8" to 1&1/2"), plus a number of tiny edge nips, thin horizontal bends, an 8" diagonal roll bend/crease and a bit of toning along the top margin/edge (several tears have been sealed on the reverse with clear tape), plus a semi-pronounced horizontal center crease/roll bend, a few stray tiny creases and nips around the outer margin area, a few stray light handling dings and tiny stress bends hiding within the image area, a 1" diagonal bend in the upper right corner tip and a couple of nearly-invisible pin-prick surface marks, otherwise fine. ULTRA-uncommon/hard-to-find early BTP poster with an interesting design. This example comes right from a member of one of the earliest bands that performed at the Tea Party... UNBEATABLE provenance on this one!
