Original 1st printing 13&7/8 x 21&7/8" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the Junior Wells Chicago Blues Band and the Doors at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA from 1/23-25/1967.

 

 Art by Wes Wilson, image is # 45 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series (OP-1 in the Eric King guide- thin black line along the top edge of the "Grateful Dead" lettering).

 

 Medium flat vellum stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; there are tiny pin holes in each of the four corners with a tiny nip out of the top left corner tip, plus a couple of soft (VERY well-hidden) bends between "Auditorium" and the ticket outlet area, a tiny bend in the top right corner tip and a whisper of handling, otherwise fine.

 

 A VERY-nice-looking example of the somewhat elusive OP-1 version of the BG 45.
