Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for the "Gross (Grand) Opening" of Houston, Texas psychedelic teen nightclub, "The Living Eye", featuring appearances by local TX garage bands Neal Ford and the Fanatics on 11/11/1966 and the Coastliners on 11/12/1966, both supported by the Lost and Found. Art by Mad George, thin flat stock flyer is in excellent (B+) condition; a touch of edge toning, a few ultra-light creases/soft bends here and there (mostly around the outer edges), a 1/2" tear in the lower right margin, a few stary pin-prick surface stains and tiny sterss bends, plus a bit of light staining and a small bit of pen scratch on the reverse ("There he stands, Mr. Know-it-all, but you know he knows nothing 'tall"), otherwise fine. VERY obscure (and cool-looking) Texas item from the mid-'60's Houston garage/psych scene. Check out the original radio spot for the club HERE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pedrEbenrdI
