 ITEM DESCRIPTION

 Collection of seven (7) original 1st printing small paper items (including (1) mailed card) for assorted Family Dog Presents concerts held at the Avalon Ballroom from December of 1966 to November of 1967. Bands/acts listed include: Canned Heat, Moby Grape, Bo Diddley, Big Brother and the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin), the Grateful Dead, Country Joe & the Fish and more.

 Art by Stanley Mouse, Victor Moscoso, Rick Griffin, Bob Fried, William Henry and Doyle Phillips, images are #'s 20, 40, 65, 74, 90 and 92 in the Family Dog/Avalon series and are assorted sizes (from 8&1/2 x 11" (largest, the FD 40 flyer) to 5 x 7" (smallest, the postcards).

 Items are on several different paper stocks and range from near mint (the FD 90 and 92 cards have minimal wear) to used (the FD 40 has a large chunk out of the bottom center and a decent amount of edge wear, the FD 20 has staple holes/wedge pulls, folds, etc, the FD 65 has a machine-stamped address and bulk rate stamp on the reverse, plus a few creases and bends, the FD 74  and 94 both have folds, creases, pulls and other assorted wear.. on the used end of the spectrum. 

 Nice little selection of assorted Family Dog small paper items, a great starter collection!
