Original 1st printing 5 x 7" double-sided concert handbill/card for the Grateful Dead appearing with the New Riders of the Purple Sage and the Blues Brothers (featuring John Belushi and Dan Ackroyd) at Winterland in San Francisco, CA on 12/31/1978 (*the FINAL Winterland show).

 Art by Stanley Mouse (who also SIGNED the poster in silver pen) with Alton Kelley, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 343 (plate 4.38). 

 Medium glossy-coated index stock handbill/card is in fantastic near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; maybe there is a stray surface scratch/fingerprint or two hiding somewhere, but for the most part this one is pretty much as crisp/sharp as they come.
