Original 1st printing 14 x 22" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the New Riders of the Purple Sage at the Santa Rosa (CA) Fairgrounds on 12/12/1970. 

 Art by Timothy D. Dixon (lettering/layout, portraits by Stanley Mouse), image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 364 (plate 4.96).

 Medium-thin flat index stock poster has been professionally restored to excellent (B+) condition; three of the four corners have had small (about 1" each) diagonal areas of missing paper replaced, plus there is a semi-flattened/pressed center crease and a very light amount of handling wear (or a slight moisture ripple from being washed), otherwise it is a SUPERB-looking example of this oft-requested Grateful Dead image from the AOR. Stream the show HERE:
