Original 1st printing 13&3/4 x 23" concert poster for the Charlatans appearing with Frumious Bandersnatch and Triple AAA (Anonymous Artists of America) at the Western Front in San Francisco, CA from 10/27-28/1967. Art by Stanley Mouse, image (red stock version) is featured in the Art of Rock on page 191 (plate 2.200). *This image is sometimes called "Fat F*ck" due to the tiny hidden profanity in the photo and was printed in two colors- the red one pictured in the AOR book and this version on tan/buff stock). Medium flat vellum stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; a set of tack holes (all four corners), with a small diagonal bend and roll crease along the top left margin area, a soft 2" bend in the upper right margin/edge, a few light handling/edge dings, a stray surface scuff/pin-prick stain or two and a pair of horizontal print roller shadows in the right center margin, otherwise fine. A very charming old San Francisco concert poster with a great Stanley Mouse design.
