Original 1st printing 14&1/8 x 20" concert poster for Quicksilver Messenger Service appearing with the Steve Miller Blues Band and John Lee Hooker at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 3/22-23/1967.

 

 Art by Victor Moscoso, image is # 53 in the Family Dog/Avalon series. 

 

 Thick flat index stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; a series of small creases/nicks/bends running the length of the left margin, a single tack hole in the upper right corner, a few ultra-soft horizontal roll bends, a couple of very well-hidden stress bends/tiny pinch dings scattered around the image area, a nearly-invisible 3" diagonal bend in the upper right corner and a set of light tape pulls on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 

 An overall fine-looking, gently used example of this early-'67 1st printing Avalon poster with a killer Moscoso design and an eye-searing color scheme.
