Original 1st printing 5&1/2 x 8&1/2" double-sided concert handbill for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) appearing with Quicksilver Messenger Service and the Universal Parking Lot (*not billed- late addition) in a benefit for the Lick Wilmerding School (an early alternative private school), held at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA on 12/27/1966.

Thin flat stock handbill is in beautiful near mint (A-) condition; aside from just a touch of handling and a tiny bit of a rough edge in the lower right margin, this example can not be topped- a VERY crisp specimen.
