Thin flat/pulpy "butcher paper" vellum stock poster has been professionally restored to excellent/near mint (B+ to B+/A-) condition; an extensive amount of corner/edge wear has been repaired (paper fills, reinforcement, in-painting), leaving a slightly toned appearance to the corners and there are a few ultra-soft ripples and very tiny stress bends here and there, but overall the piece looks very presentable and would definitely frame up quite nicely. Killer early 1st printing Avalon poster!
