Original 1st printing 7&1/4 x 9&1/2" concert flyer for Up, appearing with Guardian Angel (formerly the Rationals) and Brat at the Union Ballroom in Ann Arbor, MI on 5/7/1971.

 Art by Gary Grimshaw, thin flat stock flyer is in excellent to near mint (B+ to B+/A-) condition; just the slightest bit of handling wear, a soft diagonal bend in the right center margin/lower left corner, a tiny corner bend in the top left corner and a whisper of surface wear, otherwise fine.
