Original 1st printing 8&1/4 x 11&1/4" concert flyer for the legendary Sly & the Family Stone appearing with special guest Freddie King at the Dallas (TX) Memorial Auditorium on 7/18/1970.

 Design by S. Brooks, thin glossy stock flyer is in good/decent (B/B-) condition; clear tape remnants in the bottom corners/top left margin/bottom center margin, handling, surface wear, several edge creases and a few tiny edge nicks, small holes in the top left/right corners, a few stray surface smudges and a set of flattened horizontal/vertical folds, otherwise fine. 

 Very interesting-looking (if a bit crude) regional SFS concert item from Texas.
