Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 10&5/8" underground comix-style program for the Goose Lake Festival, held in Jackson, MI from 8/7-9/1970. Design by Gary Grimshaw, Al Shamie and others, festival participants pictured in the program include: Ten Years After, John Sebastian, Jethro Tull, SRC, Savage Grace, Mountain, Small Faces (with Rode Stewart and Ronnie Wood), Alice Cooper, Flying Burrito Brothers, Detroit (with Mitch Ryder) and the New York Rock & Roll Ensemble, along with a map, festival info, etc... Thin glossy cover/newsprint interior stock program is in good (B) condition; there are a number of conditional issues (bends, handling, a torn corner tip, surface wear) on the cover, light toning and a couple of bent corners on the interior pages and a bit of spine wear, but it is for the most part fine- no missing pages, no scribbles or doodles on any of the inside pages- it's all there, including the centerfold map to the grounds. Neat little original Goose Lake Festival artifact with a lot of really great Grimshaw art inside.
