 Medium-thin flat vellum stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there are a set of small pin/tack holes (one in each corner with a tiny amount of corresponding wear) a small pull/chip or two in the bottom right corner tip, a couple of small edge dings along the top edge (a small roll bend in the upper right-hand margin and a couple of stray soft edge bends), a touch of toning, an almost-invisible discoloration/moisture stain in the upper right margin/edge, a quartet of soft tape pulls on the reverse and a few ultra-light handling dings, otherwise fine.

 

 An overall VERY nice-looking example of this somewhat hard-to-find early 1st printing Fillmore poster.
