Original 1st printing 2 x 3&3/8" producer's pass and 4" diameter unused (on backing) "butt-on" (sticker) for the Toronto Rock & Roll Revival Festival, held at Varsity Stadium in Toronto, Ontario (Canada) on 9/13/1969.

 Designer unknown, the event featured performances by: John Lennon and the Plastic Ono Band (with Eric Clapton), Whiskey Howl, Bo Diddley, Chicago (Transit Authority), Junior Walker and the All-Stars, Tony Joe White, Alice Cooper, Chuck Berry, Cat Mother and the All-Night Newsboys, Jerry Lee Lewis, Gene Vincent, Little Richard, Doug Kershaw, Kim Fowley and The Doors.

 Medium flat index stock pass is in superb mint/near mint to near mint (A/A- to A-) condition; only a hint of edge toning, otherwise fine.

 The "butt-on" sticker is in very good to excellent shape- a few handling creases and some light surface dirt, but never peeled/used and still on the wax-paper backing.... about a B+ overall.
