 ITEM DESCRIPTION

Original 1st printing 14 x 18&1/4" concert poster for the Allman Brothers Band (with Duane Allman and Berry Oakley) appearing with blues legend Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup and Victor Brady at the Boston Tea Party (15 Lansdowne St location) in Boston, MA from 11/19-21/1970.

Art by Ravioli Graffiti (Bobby Goldman), image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 307 (plate 3.173).

Medium flat index stock poster is in good/decent (B/B- to B-) condition; a set of pin holes (all four corners), a 3-4" diagonal moisture stain in the upper right corner, a few scattered edge tears (top center/right center/bottom center margins), a 3" diagonal bend in the upper left corner, a soft white discoloration/stain just to the right of "21", light to moderate handling wear, a hint of toning and a series of semi-camouflaged thin bends and stress creases traversing the image area, otherwise fine.

A very charming (if somewhat used) example of this perennially popular Allman Brothers poster from the Tea Party... as an additional note of provenance, this one was "liberated" from the venue wall by the consignor! KILLER Duane-era ABB piece!
