Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 14" oversized flyer/mini-concert poster for Kaleidoscope (featuring David Lindley) appearing with Initial Shock, Country Weather and the A.B. Skhy Blues Band in a benefit for the Haight-Ashbury Free Clinic, held at Civic Center Plaza in San Francisco, CA on 5/12/1968.

 Art by San Andreas Fault (Tad Hunter) with photos by Thomas Weir and Steve Rahn, image is an un-numbered part of the Family Dog series (FD-680512-OHB-A in Eric King's guide, the image falls on the same date as the FD 118 show). This particular example has been stamped "FREE" in the center of the eyeball in black ink.

 Medium-thin flat coarse index stock flyer is in gorgeous near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; just a couple of ultra soft well-camouflaged pinch bends scattered around the image area and a whisper of edge/corner wear, otherwise fine.

 An overall fantastic-looking example of this VERY hard-to-find image from the Family Dog series with a great SAF design. First one of these I've ever offered.
