Original 1st printing 8&5/8 x 11" concert flyer for Jefferson Airplane appearing with Iron Butterfly at Aaron Russo's Electric Theatre (before it became the Kinetic Playground) in Chicago, IL on 7/24/1968. 

 Artist unknown (adapted from Herb Greene's "Surrealistic Pillow" photo), thin flat stock flyer is in very good (B/B+) condition; a quartet of clear tape remnants in each of the four corners (about 1&1/2" each), a couple of tiny surface stains in the left center margin, a few minor handling/stress dings here and there and a hint of edge wear, otherwise fine.
