Original 1st printing 22 X 32&1/4" (professionally restored/linen-backed to 23&1/2 x 33&3/4" total size) concert poster for the Mothers of Invention (featuring Frank Zappa) "upstairs" at the Cafe Au Go-Go (Garrick Theatre) in New York City (no dates on the poster, but the band appeared at the venue from 5/2-21/1967).
Art by Bruce Maddox for Liberty Graphics (featuring the cover photo from "Absolutely Free"), this is one of the six images from the Liberty Graphics/Cafe Au Go-Go series that were sold upstairs from the club at "the Infinite Poster".
Medium flat vellum stock poster has been professionally restored to excellent (B+) condition; a few tiny bits of edge/surface repair can be seen upon close inspection (edge tears sealed/painted over, a few holes filled/creases flattened and other minor repairs), but overall it looks QUITE nice.. a KILLER-looking original psychedelic Zappa concert poster from the legendary Spring '67 run of NYC shows at the Garrick. Believe it or not, a bit of footage exists:
