Original 1st printing 14&1/8 x 5" early 1967 concert/promotional banner-style handbill for the Family Dog's Sunday Night Tribal Gatherings at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 8/14-16/1970.

Thin flat index stock handbill is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; just a light amount of handling wear, a soft 2" vertical bend in the lower right corner, a few tiny edge/corner dings, a small diagonal bend in the lower left corner and a hint of surface wear, otherwise fine.
A very decent example of one of the more obscure/unusual early 1967 Family Dog handbills.
