Original 1st printing 5&1/2 x 8&1/2" concert handbill for the Grateful Dead appearing with the New Riders of the Purple Sage at the Santa Rosa (CA) Fairgrounds on 12/12/1970. Art by Stanley Mouse (portraits) and Timothy D. Dixon (lettering/layout), image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 364 (plate 4.96). Medium-thin flat stock handbill is in good/decent (B/B-) condition; a set of brown tape shadows in the top/bottom/left/right center margins, a 1&1/4" tear just to the right of Bob Weir's head (taped on the reverse), light handling/surface wear and a bit of tape/glue residue on the reverse, otherwise a decent example of this beautifully rendered Grateful Dead image from the AOR.
