Original 1st printing 3&3/4 x 7" postcard-backed (black "place stamp here" box) concert handbill for Cream appearing with the MC5 on 10/13&15/1967 and with the Rationals and the Apostles on 10/14/1967, both shows held at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit, MI.

 Art by Gary Grimshaw, image is # 48 in the Russ Gibb Presents/Grande series (the fourth full-color postcard) and is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 297 (plate 3.132). 

 Medium-thin flat index stock postcard is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; a pair of tiny pin holes in the top/bottom left corner tips, a minor amount of corner rounding/softening, a tiny bend in the bottom right corner, a whisper of surface wear in the upper left corner and a hint of toning on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 One of the most popular (and hard to find) images in the Grande series, this is a REALLY nice example. Classic ORIGINAL 1967 Cream handbill from the band's 1st-ever visit to Detroit. Steam the 10/15 show HERE;
