Original 1st printing 23&3/8 x 31" concert poster for the Grateful Dead and the Soft Machine appearing at the Melk Weg in Amsterdam, Holland (NL) on 8/26/1981 (*show was rescheduled (without Soft Machine) for 10/15-16/1981 ("OOPS Concert").

 Designer unknown/not credited, thin European "fly-posting" stock silkscreen poster is in decent/used (B/B- to B-) condition; a fairly heavy amount of edge wear (numerous small tears, nicks, dings, tiny bits of missing paper around the edges and in all four corners), a 4" tear in the bottom left corner, a few scattered surface scuffs and stray pin holes, a bit of crinkling around the outer margins and numerous handling dings... this particular example came back from Europe with someone who was working on the tour, so it had its share of travel miles.

 Conditional issues aside, it really is a VERY nice-looking (and SCARCE) European Grateful Dead poster from what eventually turned out to be a pair of the band's more interesting early '80's performances. Check out the 10/15 second set HERE;
