Original 1st printing 14 x 21" concert poster for a week of shows held at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA from 8/15-21/1967, featuring assorted combinations of the following acts; Chuck Berry, the Steve Miller Blues Band, Count Basie & His Orchestra, the Charles Lloyd Quartet, Hair and the Young Rascals.
Art by Jim Blashfield, image is # 78 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series.
Medium flat vellum stock poster is in used (B-) condition; a large hard diagonal bend with a small split and surface wear/rubbing in the top left corner, a few scattered edge tears, a series of semi-pronounced vertical drip stains, a moderate amount of moisture wear, several stray staple holes, a hard 1" bend in the bottom left corner, a semi-soft diagonal bend in the lower right corner, numerous tiny surface marks... this example was pretty obviously hung up in public at one time and shows a LOT of wear... despite the conditional issues, it is still a somewhat charming-looking old original 1st-printing 1967 Fillmore poster with a nice design and a wildly eclectic lineup.
