Original 1st printing 19&3/4 x 26&3/4" event poster for the 7/17/1967 opening of the Joint Show, held at the Moore Gallery in San Francisco, CA and featuring music by Country Joe & the Fish and exhibited art by Stanley Mouse (who did this version of the poster), Rick Griffin, Victor Moscoso, Wes Wilson, Alton Kelley and more.
Art by the aforementioned Stanley Mouse, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 235 (plate 2.348).
Medium-thick semi-gloss coated index stock poster is in beautiful near mint (A-) condition; aside from a tiny indentation and a few nearly-invisible surface scratches in the lower left corner and a few stray fingerprints, this example is pretty much as sharp as they come.
A very nice-looking, nice essentially clean example of this classic 1967 Stanley Mouse poster.
