Original 1st printing 19&5/8 x 27&3/4" concert poster for the Grateful Dead's legendary Bill Graham-produced acoustic/electric shows at the Warfield Theatre in San Francisco from 9/25-10/14/1980.

 Art by Dennis Larkins and Peter Barsotti, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 345 (plate 4.45).

 Thick glossy-coated index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; a pronounced curl to the paper (it was tightly rolled in a tube for many years), a few tiny thin vertical pinch/stress bends along the top/bottom margins, a bit of minor edge wear, a few stray fingerprint/stress bends hiding around the image and a slight stain on the reverse (does not bleed through the paper), otherwise fine.

 Very decent-looking example of this classic Grateful Dead image from a fondly-remembered run of shows (also a companion piece to the Radio City Music Hall poster we have listed separately). This particular copy comes right from the collection of a long-time Dead staff member, who has had it in their possession since the time of the shows. ROCK-SOLID provenance on this piece.
