Original 1st printing 40 x 30" extra-large European-style "kiosk" concert poster for the legendary Parliament-Funkadelic (featuring the Brides of Funkenstein and Parlet) appearing at King's Hall-Bellevue in Manchester, England on 12/10/1978. Designer unknown, medium-thin flat "fly-posting" (pulpy vellum) silkscreen poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; a series of semi-pronounced creases/tiny tears/dings scattered around the outer margins, a series of thin horizontal stress bends traversing the "Funkadelic" lettering, a couple of tiny stray surface pulls/dings and other assorted bits of wear associated with extra-large European pieces such as this... regardless, it is still quite decent-looking overall, and would make a very impressive display piece. As a note of provenance, this example was brought back from England by a band member and given to P-Funk art director Pedro Bell. GREAT-looking (and very colorful) 1970's-era P-Funk poster!
