Original 1st printing 19&7/8 x 25&7/8" silkscreen concert/event poster for the (Third Annual) Big Sur Folk Festival, held at Esalen Hot Springs in Big Sur, CA on 7/9-10/1966.

 Artist unknown, poster lists festival participants: Joan Baez, Judy Collins, Mimi Fariña, Mark Spolestra, Malvina Reynolds, Al Kooper (Blues Project/Bob Dylan/BS&T) and Nancy Carlen (along with a panel discussion moderated by Ralph J. Gleason).

 Medium-thick flat index stock hand-pulled silkscreen poster is in good (B/B-) condition; an 8" tear in the lower right corner, a few stray staple/tack holes, a 1" hole in the top right corner and several small tears have been (temporarily) repaired on the reverse with clear tape, along with a few tiny surface scuffs, a semi-flattened horizontal center crease, a light amount of moisture rippling and a few scattered stress bends here and there, otherwise it looks pretty decent overall.
