Original 1st printing 14 x 17" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the Flying Burrito Brothers (with Gram Parsons and Chris Hillman) and AUM at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA on 4/4-6/1969.

 

 Art by Jaxon (Jack Jackson), image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 111 (plate 2.25).

 

 Medium-thin glossy stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; aside from a trace of toning/fading, a series of tiny cub staple holes (all four corners, top center and a few hiding within the margins), a tiny 1/4" tear in the lower right margin, a nearly-invisible ultra-thin vertical bend running along the left margin and a few very light handling dings, it's a superb-looking example of this totally weird Jaxon Grateful Dead image.
