Original 1st printing 5&7/8 x 8&1/4" 16-page concert program and 11&3/4 x 8&1/4" 36-page commemorative tour book for the Grateful Dead at the Empire Pool Wembley in London, England on 4/8/1972; thin flat newsprint/pulp paper program (as this program covered a number of shows, the attendee wrote the date of the 4/8 show very cleanly on the front cover in blue ballpoint pen) is in excellent to near mint (B+/A-) condition- aside from the aforementioned pen writing on the cover, there's really nothing wrong with this one- pretty clean overall. The tour book ("The Book of the Dead") has a glossy-coated index cover, glossy pages and is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition- there's a bit of moisture damage/warping, a bit of outer cover wear (corner creasing/handling) and a few of the interior pages have light water stains and scuffs, but it's still presentable. This commemorative was actually put together by Warner Brothers over the course of the tour and released at the first Lyceum show (5/23/1972) to celebrate the excursion. Very cool pair of UK items from the Europe '72 tour, check out "The Greatest Story Ever Told" from Wembley HERE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmRfd-d8Xks
