Original 1st printing 13&1/2 x 22&1/4" concert poster for Jefferson Airplane with the James Cotton Blues Band and Moby Grape at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA on 11/25-27/1966. Art by Wes Wilson, image is # 39 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series (OP-1 in the Eric King guide). Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; a series of tack/pin holes around the outer edges and a few hidden within the image, a flattened 3" diagonal bend in the lower left corner, an area of flattened creasing on "26", a couple of tiny creases, tears and little dings along the left edge, a couple of tiny diagonal bends and a tiny stain on the breast just above "Jefferson" and a stray pinch ding or two, otherwise fine. Most of the conditional issues on this one are fairly well-hidden within the design. An overall very decent-looking example of the full-bleed 1st printing BG 39. GORGEOUS colors on this one.
