Original 1st printing 16&7/8 x 23" concert poster for reggae legends Bob Marley & the Wailers appearing at the at the Lahaina Civic Center in Maui (HI) on 5/5/1979. Design by Air Studio with a photo by Bob Ellis, medium glossy stock poster is in decent (B-) condition; the piece has been heat mounted to foam core (this example came from a record store in Maui that served as the ticket outlet, the owner had it hanging in the store), there are numerous staple holes around the edges, a series of thin horizontal bends in the left margin, a wedge pull in the bottom left corner, surface scuffing, etc... you get the idea- this one obviously saw some life. Conditional issues/mounting aside, this is probably one of the COOLEST-looking BMW concert posters from the late '70's. I have no doubt that this poster would frame up just fine. KILLER display piece.
