Original 1st printing 14&1/4 x 22&1/2" concert poster for Country Joe & the Fish appearing along with Tyrannosaurus Rex (AKA T.Rex, featuring Marc Bolan) Tongue & Groove, Steve Fisher, Kevin and Goshen Mustang Light Co. at the Family Dog on the Great Highway in San Francisco, CA on 8/8-10/1969. Designer unknown, image is an un-numbered image from the Family Dog/Great Highway series. Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in fantastic near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; aside from a tiny corner bump in the bottom right right corner tip and the slightest touch of handling/surface wear, it is a superb-looking example of this oddball Family Dog Great Highway image. This show was only a week before Country Joe & Co. made their way to the East Coast to play at a soon-to-be-legendary rock festival in upstate New York.
