Medium flat index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; a set of tack holes (all four corners), a light degree of horizontal moisture rippling and a trace of surface wear/handling, otherwise fine. Classic SIGNED 1st printing 1968 Dead poster with a very trippy/weird design.
