Pair of original 1st printing 4&5/8 x 6&7/8" blank-backed concert postcards/handbills for Jefferson Airplane appearing with Quicksilver Messenger Service, Santana, It's A Beautiful Day and Dan Hicks & His Hot Licks in a legal-aid benefit for the Grateful Dead (the infamous New Orleans bust) at Winterland in San Francisco, CA on 2/23/1970. Art by Randy Tuten (who also SIGNED the gray card in black pen), image is # 222 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series, this set includes one each of the full-color and gray-only versions. Medium glossy-coated index stock postcards are both in near mint (A-) condition; a pair of tiny tape marks on the reverse-side top margins of both cards, along with a tiny scuff or two on the red card, otherwise fine. Neat little pair of BG 222 cards that won't set you back a car/house payment.
