Original 1st printing 33 x 46&3/4" extra-large European "kiosk"-style tour blank poster for the 1967 edition of the American Folk Blues Festival, held at various venues across (West) Germany, and featuring (at different stops) Bukka White, Son House, Sonny Terry & Brownie McGee, Odie Payne, Koko Taylor, Little Walter, Hound Dog Taylor, Skip James and Dellard Crume. Design by Gunther Kieser, medium flat index stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; the poster was rolled up for many years and will need to be flattened, aside from that there's a small 1&1/2" tear and creasing in the lower right corner, edge wear (light creasing and a few tiny tears) along the lower right edge, a tiny surface smudge above "Lippmann", a stray handling/surface ding or two and a couple of tiny stress bends, otherwise fine. AWESOME-looking HUGE original Kieser poster from the annual roots tour sponsored by the venerable Lippmann + Rau. Check out Little Walter performing "Little Walter's Jump" from an unnamed location on the tour;
